How to Reel in Your Catch When Fly Fishing
Okay that is what right casting does. If you ever cast properly you want to get your line in keep your tip in up as much as you can. He hit on a Prince Nymph underwater. What you want to do is we are going to play on it a little bit and bring them in and I show you how to release them. So he is running. What you don't want to do is muscle him you want to let him run like he is doing right now. When they stop running you want to reel in the line and tired him out. You don't want to muscle with him at all let them run if they want to run. When he releases you want to bring in your line. Such a nice fish. Be very careful try to keep him away from the embankment because there is a lot of twig and things they can get hooked on. I'm going to try to keep him in the water and let them take there time. Bring it in. now another thing when they get up close to you they are going to get scared when they see you. So you want to be careful when you are getting ready to net him. Let him run if he wants to run. You can tired him out. You do not want to lose him. He is a fighter. He is a real fighter. He is a big guy. You don't want to mess with him just let him come in and out ,in and out, try to muscle him they break your line and you don't even get him. You want to bring him in look at him run. Look at him run and how far he has gone down 30 yards down. He is running again. He is a nice fish. He don't want to be brought up to this camera.
