I’m Chris Kelley and we are here with Expert Village. You’ve had your bike for a little while and you gone out and rode around the back yard. You feel pretty confident, ready to come out to the track and you want to work on some specific things. Well before you get ahead of your self, the main thing to consider is just proper control. You want to control your bike. You want to be able to have control over rough conditions, through the turns, through any bumps and jumps and in a situation where you have a rutted or rough or hold out track with lots of whoopty dos and holes, you are going to need to maintain that stability. That base line of your body and your attack position. So in your attack position, again knees back, your head up looking ahead, elbows bent, elbows forward. When you have your elbows up that is going to allow to come up in your body and let your body soak everything up.
Thanks for the tip...now I have to practice it more. Elbows up and soak it up.
