Tea Health Benefits

Now what is the health benefits of tea? Tea contains a lot of antioxidants and there are thousands of antioxidants that have yet to be identified. But the one that's most important, that's been linked to cancer fighting properties is the EGCG antioxidant. This specific type is found mainly on green tea and the one that contains the most of it are green teas from the highest elevation because they have, the tea plant has the most stress, so therefore, it produces the most amount of nutrients and nourishing health benefits that we can get from it. If you are drinking tea as a dietary supplement, the best way to drink is a tea that has most caffeine, such as a black tea or an oolong. The reason why is caffeine, is it stimulates your metabolism. So the only way that you can think that tea itself is a weight losing plant, is because it has caffeine in it and it increases your metabolic rate. So the best tea for that would be the puer tea. And that one is known as a weight loss tea and it also acts as a diuretic and it also acts as as a very good detoxifier. So if you're looking for a tea that's overall good detoxifying tea, the puer tea would be the one to go. And if you want to rest and relax, stay with a white tea or an herbal tea. And I think I encourage you to drink tea because it's thousand, thousand of years old and people are drinking of it because it keeps them healthy. I rarely get sick because my immune system is constantly at its peak.
