Pre-Ride Motorcycle Inspection

The next thing we're going to go over, is a pre-ride inspection. You always want to look at your tire pressure. Like I said before, make sure your tires are properly inflated. If they're under inflated, they're going to cause premature wear, and it will be harder to control your motorcycle. You always want to check your chain, tension or the free play in it, to make sure it's at the correct setting, so you don't cause premature wear on that, and you also want to look at your brake pads, to make sure that they're at the right level, which we went over earlier, and a quick inspection of important nuts and bolts, like your axles or your adjustment block bolts, just to make sure that they're all snug and good, so you don't have any mishaps, later on down the road, and just to ensure proper and safe riding on the streets.
