How to Grip a Tennis Racket
I am Maria Clark and I am speaking on behalf of Expert Village.com. This is my forehand grip so I just make sure that the ball is in contact with the face of my racquet and it is closed down like this so that way when I hit the ball it is not going to be flying all over the place. I hit the ball and it is going to go straight right over the net. Also you make sure that your leg is forward like this and keep moving, don’t just sit in there, stand right there. Just make sure you keep on moving. Not only to keep your blood circulating and also to keep you pumping. You need to make sure your really burning. You want to just smack it and feel the burn and just hmm it’s good.
