Hello, I'm Sifu Mallon of the Clearwater Kung Fu Center. This is my assistant Melissa and this is women’s self defense. The next self defense tactic that we are working is called side head lock and this is where someone is grabbing you from the side and they have your head in a locked position. So to neutralize this, what Melissa is going to do is she is going to bring one hand and grab my hand so that I can't wretch on her neck. She is going to bring my hand around the body this way. Now you have two choices to do this technique. One you can just go easy and go to the chin and pull straight back. The other way you can do is to use a pressure point which is directly underneath your nose, o'kay, pushing this way. Now she is going to push up and then this way leaning back. Now she lets go with the opposite hand and fires strikes right into my sternum. Now here she is not going to hit into the chest here but she is going to centralize them right into the front of my breast here, right under my breast bone, right in my solo plex, one, two, then she is going to follow up with a push of the body, pushing my body downward and away. O'kay, again, I go one, grab, hand comes over the body, two, pull back, hammer strike, one, two, push the body away, three. Again we're looking to go ahead and get those three tactics in, neutralizing, attacking, and getting away. This is women’s self defense.
