How to Hold a Tennis Racket for Backhand

Hi, my name is Maria Clark and I am speaking on behalf of Expert Village.com and today I would like to show you the basics of my tennis. I discussed earlier about my forehand. I mentioned earlier that I would like to use my two hands and my forehand. It is the same thing as my backhand. You know I usually use two hands. I like using my two hands for additional power. I just want to be able to swing it and follow through. You know, just smack the ball and you just got to feel the power. Basically, what everyone’s weaknesses is the backhand. It is really hard. I went through a lot of trouble, go through it and you love it.
