The Arch: Learn Free Breakdance Moves
Hello my name is Darin Carter and on behalf of expertvillage.com I'm going to show you the tips and techniques on how to do beginning break dancing. One of the other power moves I'm going to show you right now is called a arch or elbow arch. In order to preform this, you must do hand stand, just a regular hand stand and see how far you go arch backwards without touching the ground. The farther you go the more stylish you would look. You could also move your legs and make it look distorted to make it look even more better. Also when you get the hang of it you could also arch on the elbows by posing on your forearms. With that you are bending backwards as far as you can and holding it as far as you can.
