Court Coverage in Tennis
I am Maria Clark and I am going to tell you the basic positioning on the movements inside of the tennis court. If you are playing a net game, you make sure that your foot is ready and you are just in position because when you approach the net you make sure that you are confident. The ball is going to come to your face and you make sure that you are ready to smack it back to your opponent. So here is the position and the ball is coming in here from outside, so you make sure you move like side to side to cover this side if you are playing single right here and I go back on the side and just swing it.
