Now ladies if you have any weights, like between five, six or seven pounds—depending on how advanced you are with exercising—it’ll be great if you can do your triceps and your biceps on a daily basis, which will help to strengthen the muscles here. So we can do like five or ten, depending on how advanced you are again, and if you’re just going to start exercising start off with either two pound or a three pound weight, or you can do one pound at a time, or you can do both of them, but you have to make sure that you know go with some music and relax and enjoy what you’re doing. It’s important also that you use the weights according to how advanced you are with exercising and weightlifting.
