Arms Up Waist Twists Exercises for Women Over Fifty

Let’s do another position that will help our waistline. Put your arms up, and close to the chest make a fist, and we’re going to swing from side to side, go as far to the left as you can, relax, as far to the right as you can; and give it more energy, and swing as many times as you can, or up to 10. And this will stretch the muscles in the waistline and help to reduce any little fat that we might have around there. So keep doing that everyday, or if you have a hula-hoop… those days of the hula-hoop when you can twist the body and it’ll work your waistline. Now that’s important because it helps to stretch your muscles and keep you active.
