Front Legs Stretch Exercises for Women Over Fifty
On behalf of expertvillage.com my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center located in Miami, Florida, and today we’ll be talking about exercising for women over that beautiful number 50. Okay ladies another thing that we need to do is stretch our legs, which is also important for those of us who don’t get the opportunity to walk everyday; this should be part of your daily routine. Hold you leg by the ankle and pull backwards, and stretch as far back as you can, try and keep your balance don’t fall, if you’re not able to balance, then please pull down to a chair or railing or something to help you to stand, hold for as long as you can count to 10 and then release and then relax. Now we’re going to do the right leg, hold at the ankle, balance, hold for a few seconds, release and then relax.
