Back Legs Stretch Exercises for Women Over Fifty
On behalf of expertvillage.com my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center located in Miami, Florida, and today we’ll be talking about exercising for women over that beautiful number 50. Okay beautiful ladies, let’s do some stretching for the legs, okay here we go. Left leg out, hold for a few seconds, perhaps you can count from 1 to 10 and in. Same thing on the right side…right foot out, hold for a few seconds, pointing our toes, which you’re going to be stretching the muscles along here which helps… and back in. Let me do this from the side for you…stretch forward, hold for a few seconds, pointing the toes, which helps to stretch the muscles along the back of the legs and relax, follow with the right leg, pointing the toes, stretching the muscles at the back of the legs, and relax.
