Shoulders & Neck Exercises for Women Over Fifty
On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center located in Miami, Florida, and today we’ll be talking about exercising for women over that beautiful number 50. Here’s another exercise that also helps us to relieve stress and tension in our back and our shoulders. We’re going to bring our arms up, fold it in this position and then we’re going to rotate, keep rotating we can probably do this like five or six times to also help to build the muscles in our arms that we need to use to lift things; and this also helps to relax us. Now let me show you that from the side…we’re going to rotate the arm very slowly, come back to our basic position and of course we’re going to do this for at least five to ten times.
