Side to Side Neck Exercises for Women Over Fifty

Let’s continue with our neck exercising, now we’re going to go to the side, we need to stretch these muscles along here to release tension and stress, hold it for a few seconds, then we’re going to come back in our basic position, then we go to the side the following side hold it for a few seconds, and then we come back to our basic position. Of course our neck will feel even greater now. Let’s show you this from a side view, okay we’re going to go the side for a few seconds, hold it we’re stretching our muscles here on the right hand side, then we go back to our basic position and we go to the right stretching these muscles here which help to release tension.
