Neck Exercises for Women Over Fifty

Okay let’s start with a very simple, easy, relaxing exercise for our neck. Now I know a lot of us you know we’re stressed out and we have to begin our day with forty million things to do, but then let’s take care of ourselves first. First of all we’re going to relax, almost like we’re meditating and we’re going to relax our head, we’re going to go back for a second, come forward, let our chin touch our chest and then we’re going to go slowly, rotate our head all the around, back to the front with our chin touching our chest, then we’re going to rotate again to the other side, and we’re going to see the movements while we’re doing this and we’ll be thinking of how to relax.
