'You need to kind of wiggle around or runaround or something on the side of the court' - great advice, this has to be a joke. I hope you make lots of money from these videos as you will probably get sued by someone who injures themself with those bounce stretches.

How to Warm up for a Tennis Match
Hi, this is Maria Clark and I am speaking on behalf of Expert Village.com and I am going to tell you about the basics of tennis. First of all, you need to warm up. It is very important that you warm up throughout the game. It is going to help you a lot if you warm up. So what I usually do is just to stretch out. You need to kind of wiggle around or runaround or something on the side of the court for 50 minutes or you have to stretch out your glutes and thighs. I do this to keep my balance too. I put the tennis racket like this, but just kind of stretch a little bit. That is what I would do before I play tennis and just kind of basic stretch that you like to do. But of course, you know, if you were playing a tournament or something, of course, you are going to have to train.
