Making a Flaming Zombie Cocktail

Last but not least, we're going to do a very exciting drink called the Flaming Zombie. You want to start with your shaker full of ice, and we are going to use a big tall fancy glass, fancier the better. And start with the rums. You're going to do one ounce of light rum, one ounce of dark rum, one ounce of golden or amber rum, one half ounce of apricot brandy. You can start to see why this is called a zombie. And then you'll want to add two ounces of orange juice, one teaspoon of sugar. You want to mix this up real well. Fill your glass with ice. OK. And for the flaming crescendo, you're going to want to float the top with one hundred and fifty one proof rum just gently right over the top. Garnished with a cherry and an orange slice. And then impress all of your friends. And there you have your Flaming Zombie.
