Okay, the next drink we're going to do is a Mojito, which is a very popular drink right now and it also happens to be one of my personal favorites. What you're going to need is fresh mints, lime juice, either fresh or frozen, light rum and sugar. So we'll go ahead and start, in a Collins glass, you're going to want to combine the fresh mints, typically three to four leaves depending on the size, these are fairly large so we'll go with three, a little extra here. One teaspoon of sugar and what we're going to do here is add the fresh lime. I would use bottled lime today, you can use fresh, but you'll want to make it a half ounce, and the key to this drink is to release the aroma from the fresh mint so you'll want to, I'm using a muddling stick, you can use a wooden spoon at home or a household spoon would also do just fine as long as you mix those ingredients very well and make sure to release, bruise the mints slightly and release the aromatic flavors. It smells delicious. Go ahead and fill your cup with ice and then you can add your alcohol, the light rum, one and a half ounces. Very light and refreshing, great summer drink. And I also garnish with a lime. Mojito!
