The next drink we're going to do is called a Hurricane, and this is a fun party drink, you can also double or triple the recipe if you want to make a pitcher, it's also a great summer drink. So what you'll want to do is start with a goblet filled with ice. You're going to get some light rum, one ounce of light rum to be exact, also one ounce of dark rum, one half ounce of lime juice. And it also calls for passion fruit juice which can be substituted with equal parts pineapple juice and grenadine. I use about a quarter of a jigger, just about a quarter of a shot of each ingredient, pineapple juice and grenadine syrup, it gives it that fun color. And the garnish for this drink is a pineapple spear, a lime squeeze, and a cherry, that's what's fun about these drinks. Oh, and don't forget the umbrella. And there you have it, a Hurricane.
