Weight Bar Exercises: Forward Lunges

We are going to do now the forward lunge. We take the bar, press it across our shoulders and hold it in two hands then we'll place the right knee in front of our bodies, keep the left leg behind then we'll start bending our knees, go down, bend 90 degrees then come back up and then we are going to switch legs. Take the left leg forward and start to bend the knees. Go down and come back up.
