We're going to do now biceps curls. We'll hold the bar about shoulder wide apart, extend your hand, place them next to your body and then we'll bend the elbows, bring the bar towards our shoulders and back down. As the weight bar built from three parts you can break it apart, take one part to the hand and continue the same exercise with one hand at a time. Switch hands. I'll place this on the floor.
