Tips for Serving Eggs Benedict
Hello! This is Chef Sean Roe on behalf of expertvillage.com. Now, we’re going to start to comprise our eggs benedict. Traditionally, eggs Benedict is served 2 English muffins, 2 halves; they’re served open faced. Again, we can use whatever other English muffins we’d like. Some prefer even using sour dough toast or any other kind of bread. But again, it is an English muffin that we use. Always place them at the center of the plate. We take our ham; place it first onto the English muffins. Take the poach egg; place it on top, draining the liquid from it. We take some of hollandaise sauce and stir it around a little bit. And there we have our eggs Benedict. You can garnish with some paprika or some parsley.
