Alright. Our chili is boiling. We're going to flip it over on the other side, so that it cooks evenly. And, I want to setup our blender. And, we want to scoop out our onions our roasted onions and our roasted garlic. We'll add this without tomato. And, it's been about thirty seconds. So, we're going to turn the heat off of our water. Our chili should be soft and some of these seeds are going to pour out, because we took the stem off. If you want this chili to be a little bit hotter, you can leave that in. We'll bring this over and give it a rough chop. It should feel like a little bit like wax. We're then going to take just a little bit of water to make this smooth. And, then we'll just go ahead and pulse.
