Let's go over the pots and utensils we are going to need to make this dish. We are going to be using a small sauce pot and we are going to be making our vegetable stock in here and that is going to be for our rice because I think it adds a lot more flavor to use the vegetable stock than just to put straight water in. So we are going to use this pot and we are going to toast our rice as well as our onions and garlic and a little bit of sherry or white wine and once that is done we are going to take our stock and put it in and bring it to a boil. We will put a cover on it and reduce the heat by half and let it go down until all the liquid has evaporated, about 15 minutes, but right before it is all gone we are going to take some spinach, some tomatoes, and some feta and add it to the rice and steam those together. We are going to be using this pan right here and what we are going to do is this is for our orange and pepper sauce and we are going to be covering some onions and some garlic in oil and we are going to roast them and then later on we will bring them back and puree them. We are going to be sautéing our chicken in this and that is after we roll it up in our capicola and then we are going to take the chicken out and we are going to put it in this casserole dish and we are going to sauté some garlic, some mushrooms and some cilantro and pour that over the top. We are going to be using this pot right here this is going to be to blanch our wailea peppers to make them soft and then once they're done they are going to go with our orange juice, our oregano and our roasted garlic and onions right in here in our blender and we'll blend that up and we'll bring it back in the pan that we sautéed the chicken in and we'll thicken that sauce up and pour it over the top. We are also going to be needing a knife, a spatula, a spoon, some measuring cups, measuring spoons, a cutting board and because we are going to be using raw chicken we are going to be using a pair of plastic gloves.
