We're continuing with treating headache and now we're going to be moving with, this is going to tie in also to headache as well as eye strain. And everything else, it does a pretty good job on some sinus work if you're experiencing it. So, we worked on the back, now we're going to work on the front. So we're going to bisect the face. The A line runs down the middle of the head, through the nose, lip and chin. The B line is going to come out over the eyebrow and it doesn't, you need to stop right at the corner of the oculus of the eye. You don't actually go into the temple at all. There's a spot where we terminate just above the temple but not at the temple itself. So, A line, we're going to go straight down, again, use the other hand at the base of the neck, and at the base of the head just to give them some support. Just using these two fingertips, again, think of the counter top through the sponge. Now be careful on the bridge of the nose. You don't want to push all the way through, but, it's, you're still looking for that same sensation. Moving to the B. It's above the eyebrows slightly. You'll find a slight groove in the bone and you just want to track that. It's going to come off the eye somewhat and there's a ridge that you'll discover and that's what's going to lead you into the upper part of the temple. A and B on the eye.
