Group Job Interviews

Okay, the next type of interview that we're going to talk about is the Group interview. Now traditionally you don't see group interviews very often. Where you would see this type of interview, is if you're seeking employment with a company that, the line of work is extremely stressful, extremely intense, and might possibly, the work might be very group related. Very much related to relying on other people, not so much just working on your own. But what happens in a group interview is you are actually in the interview room with several other candidates that are interviewing for the same job. Now, let me tell you what they're looking for, they're looking for how you respond to the questions in relation to the other people that are interviewing. Are you supportive, are you kind, or are you trying to under mind what the other interviewees are saying. Are you trying to make yourself look the best, make yourself look the smartest. You never ever want to do that in a group interview. You want to present yourself as very much a team player and very much supportive. Not as the guy that's going to undercut everybody else so that you get the credit for the work and that's a group interview.
