Okay, you're going to find out everything you can about the organization. You want to research and get everything you can, but there are some things; some bits of information that you really have to have and I want to just run down the list with you really quick. The full name of the organization; they could be an organization doing business as another name and you want to find out full names. Also where's their location. This is going to be really important for showing up to the interview, but where were they founded? Were they founded in Vermont and then the company moved to Texas or what is their location. Age; and I'm talking about the age of the company. Have they been in business for two years, for twenty years, for fifty years. That's real important information for you to know; their age and track record in years. What products do they sell? You don't have to memorize the full list of products, but it's a really good idea to have a full idea of the total products schemata of the company. What is their industry position? There's all kinds of rankings for all different types of business and where do they rank? Are they fifth, are they first, are they two hundred and fortieth? Good information to know. you probably want to know their full earnings. What? How much money do they make in a year? That's really valuable information; How much money they bring in, how much money they put out and thats; you can find that in your Annual Report that you've already picked up. And last, what is the growth potential? That's real important for you as a potential employee. Is this company growing? Do they have room to grow? Because that would directly reflect your position. Is there going to be room for you to grow with the company? So, those are must have information.
