Hey there, this is Tracy Goodwin, the red sweater lady and we are going to talk about preparing for the job interview. Okay, congratulations. You've sent your resume in and they want to see you. And I have always been a firm believer that the interview is what you have to get if you want the job. And if you get that interview, you can go in there and you can nail it and you can get the job. But you may not have known this. There really is a lot of preparation that goes into a job interview. I mean, you can't just say, " Okay, cool, I've got this great resume, I've got this great background, I've got the interview. I'm good to go." Uh uh, there's actually a lot of steps and a lot of things you need to think about. You've got to; you need to research the company. You need to find out everything you can about the organization, find out everything you can about the job, you've got to think about the questions; the questions you're going to be asked, the questions that you're going to ask. There's actually a lot of preparation. And so, we're going to take a look at; we're going to walk through all those steps right now and that will get you ready for whatever type of interview that you're going on; like we talked about in the interview types clips. So, here we go.
