To end the foot series, a good thing to do is milk the cow and give them a little metta. So I'm going to start down on this foot. With milking the cow, you're going to come into an open diamond. Grab a hold of one side of the foot, and kind of just gently pull over to the side. Now we're going to be doing the rocking. So I'm going to be going back and forth. The hand that's on is the side I'm rocking, and you're just kind of going back and forth. This feels really nice. Walk your hands up and down the foot as you come into it. And you're gently pulling as you come into it, just gently. Now finish that foot. Give the foot and leg a little metta. Reach down, grab a hold of the knee, little tiny circles gently, and just rub down the leg. Coming into the other side, again, scoot you over just a little bit, a little bit of an open diamond. Grab a hold of one side of the foot and lean that direction, and start gently rocking back and forth. Really milk that foot. Let it relax, get any last bit of tension out of that foot. Feels good. Perfect, and coming into the metta. Little loving kindness to end with.
