Now, during this question and answer phase, there's something that I want you to be real aware of, and that is the body language of the person who is interviewing you. And when I'm talking about body language I'm talking about their facial expression, their eye contact, their physical reactions to the things that you say. As you're going through this phase, you want to monitor these things because what can happen is if you are starting to see negative, non-verbal behavior from your interviewer, you can tailor your answers. You can back up and try to fix, if you will, the things that you're saying. What you're looking for from and interviewer is positive non-verbal feedback. Are the smiling? Are the making eye contact? Are they nodding their head? That's what we're going for and that's a way for you to determine, hey, I'm on track, I'm doing OK, I'm getting positive feedback. When you start getting that negative feedback, that's where, in the moment, you can reflect on what you're saying and adjust it accordingly. You can modify your answers. Because what we're looking for is what? Positive feedback.
