The Full Ranch Of Crunches Ab Workout

Hi! I’m Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I’m going to show you an ab workout. It’s a little bit more difficult than a simple crunch where you just extend slightly, this is reaching your elbow up to your knee, you don’t need to do many of these just maybe 10 and then take a break and then do another 10 and I’m going to show you just that. You want to lay down on the floor mat and be comfortable and you want to make sure you don’t hyper-extended your neck because it’ll only stain it and then decrease the effect of the exercise. So you want to put your hands behind your head and then extend all the way at your knees and continue to do so. And you’ll be able to feel the ab workout for your entire abs so continue to do about 10 of these and then take a break. What you want to stay away from is lifting your knees up like that you want to try to keep them on the floor and this increases the workout and that is the way to workout your abs.
