Alright, first I want to talk about negative connotations about a break up. And we are society, mentally, environmentally, everything around us says to us, "breakups are bad, breakups are negative". And in truthfulness, yes they are, because they're hurtful and sometimes bad things, you know, bad feelings come out of them. But breakups are really, really not negative. In fact, statistics and research show that it's only a very very small percentage of breakups that are actually very very negative. And it's hard to realize this because when you're breaking up, you're in the middle of it. And so you're so close to it, it's almost impossible for you to see anything on the outside of the breakup, can't see anything positive because you're so deep into it.
