The Horse Riding Stance in Kung Fu

This is Yun Yang Wang from Wang’s Martial Art and on behalf of the Expert Village and this is Ms. Esmeralda Sanchez and we’re demonstrating this clip, Horse Riding Stance. This is a strong stance to build up the leg strength and the upper part of the leg is almost leveled and this is a strong stance in facing your opponent and the side part of the body, so you keep the important part of the vital body away from your opponent. Then notice the back part needs to be arched in a little bit and the knees bent, both feet are parallel. And from another angle to see the arch of the back. And the upper part of the legs is almost horizontal and the hand position, this arm is almost high block position to protect the head and the upper cut on the side. Thank you.
