Now this is a, the compromising style is a good style to consider when maybe power is equally shared. That would be the kind of situation, maybe you're the manager but you have two assistant managers that are in the middle of a conflict. Their power is about equal. One of them wants A, one of them wants B. Well, try to get them to compromise. Another time that this is a really good management style is when you're trying to resolve something quickly. Alright, we don't have a lot of time to get any more information, we don't have a lot of time to wait this out, we have to come up with something now. So, you want this, you want this, what are we both willing to give up, what do we both have to have? What do we both have to hang on to? This is also a really good style to consider when the goals may not be as important, really the settlement is more important than the goals. It's really better that, that we can agree then get what it is that we're looking towards, what it is that I want A, you want B, well that's important, but really it's much more important to salvage our relationship and not damage our relationship. It's a really good choice to consider for situations like that. It's also a really good choice to consider when the issues are really simple, really clear cut, not real complex, not a lot of history, not a lot of baggage, not a lot of, not anything high stakes, when it, when things are pretty simple and can be settled relatively easily.
