What is Compromising Management Style

Alright now let's talk about the compromising style which is a wonderful management approach. It's a very popular management approach. This style is characterized by sharing or a sharing approach if you will. This is where I am going to express to you what I want and you're going to express to me what you want and then we're going to settle on something. And not only is this good management style for a manager and an employee because it builds, it builds loyalty, it builds good rapport but it's also a good way to manage people with people. To keep the peace among the co-workers. To not show favoritism. To create a positive work environment. We're going to establish what A wants, what B wants and we're going to figure out a way for both of them to be happy. This you know, this can be with customer service. This can be with logistics. This can be with really every department in your company. What is, what does that person want and how can we still get what we need? How can I still facilitate this as a manager but keep everybody happy?
