What is Accommodative Management Style

O.K. let's talk about accommodative style now. Accommodating is a little different than avoiding but it's a little different than compromising which we're going to be talking about in a minute. Accommodating is, this is where you're more concerned about the relationship than the outcome of what you're going to get. This is when, this is also when you possibly realize that you're wrong and that the other person is right. We don't see this style in management as often as we should have because basically you're admitting that you're wrong and the other person is right and you're accommodating them and what they're saying to be true or what they want. This is also a style that you allow the other person to make a mistake. I'm going to accommodate you. I'm going to let you make a mistake because I think that you will learn something from it.
