Alright the next style we want to talk about is the absolute extreme opposite that we've already talked about. What I want to talk about next is the avoidant style and this is the person who is completely non assertive, completely uncooperative, completely will not engage in a discussion. This is the person that avoids conflict at all costs. I'm talking like literally, you know rather than have a conflict they will move. They will leave the job, they will leave the relationship and a lot of times this style of management comes about because the person feels like they don't really have any power. That it wouldn't matter anyway for them to take part in a discussion or be more assertive about what they think because they feel they don't have any power but the primary characteristic of the avoidance style is, let's just not deal with it, let's just ignore that it's even happening.
