Alright the first style I want to talk about is competitive style and this is actually the least popular management style. The person who is a competitive style manager is difficult for many people to work with. This particular style is very very assertive. Borderline aggressiveness. This is the person who, the person who uses this style is interested in getting his or her own way every single time. This is, what this type of style creates is a lose-lose situation. Actually a win-lose situation because the person who carries this style, who acts in this style of management, they are going to win and you are going to lose because this person must have his or her own way. This type of management style really could be indicative of any type of profession but you might see it the most in sales where there is intense competition and the dollar rests on who gets the job or who gets the contract and so it's, it very much becomes a management style of survival of the fittest. So this is your least attractive style and in just a minute we'll talk about when its, when it, there are a few times when it's good to consider using this style.
