The Post Combat Main Phase or Second Main Phase happens after your combat phase, whether or not you declare any creatures to attack with. The reason for this phase is that there is a strategic advantage occasionally to playing your land and casting spells after you have damaged your opponent. You will notice that different additions of cards look very different but they have the same game effect. This plains is from Merkadian Masks indicated by the set symbol there, this is from a revised set, a course set from a long time ago. But they do the same thing. During your second main phase, you are allowed to cast the same spells, creatures, enchantments, artifacts and sorceries that you were allowed to cast in your first main phase. Two mana from two plains is enough to cast an enchantment called "Passifism" on my opponents "Signgrafage". That means that is just does not want to fight anymore and it will not want to fight, i.e., cannot attack a block until this enchantment has been removed from the creature. You can tell that it enchants a creature because on its type line it says, "Enchant Creature". That means that it is attached and will remain as long as this creature stays. This continues to effect the game play because enchantments are permanents. You are also free to cast more than one spell a turn as long as you can afford the cost with your mana. You are also going to cast this turn a “Leonin Sematar", this can be cast by any type of mana, indicated by the one in the circle in the top corner. It is an artifact with a subtype equipment. We will explain that in a future episode.
