Defending Against Arms Caught From Behind for Women's Self-Defense
In this scenario, we are going to go over a bear hug from behind with arms caught with no space. Again, with no space, the attack has come on too quick. You weren’t able to base, so you now need to create that space so that you can go ahead and base out. I am going to go ahead and show you how to do that. So from here… Arms caught with no space right here. Hips to the side; groin shot. Exactly. With no space, I am about to pick her up. What she needs to do is she needs to shift her hips to create some room so she can deliver a strike right to the groin. From there that is of course push my hips back, creating the space that she needs, she will then base out a little bit further down, opening my grip, delivering elbows, turning, with elbows and comabtives, knees, whatever she wants. And it should be over.
