Pan Fry Breaded Chicken

Hello this is Chef Shawn Roe on behalf of expertvillage.com and now that we have our breaded chicken we are going to do a quick pan fry. We have to get once our pan is hot get our oil hot we are going to brown off the chicken and then we could either finish it in the pan or we could finish it in the oven. So we are going to do the pan method first and then I would show you the method in the oven. Now that our oil and pan our hot enough we are going to take our breaded chicken. We are just going to lay it in the pan gently. What we want to do we don't want to turn this to much or miss with it to much. We want to keep it usually we like to make it maybe four turns you know 1, 2, 3, and then 4 that way the bread crumbs do not fall off and we do not disrupt that. It is a great method if you want to cook chicken fast and have more of a fried texture to it. Then there is also another method which I like as well and that is the baking method which I would be going over in just a few moments.
