This is a ribbed cuff. You can draw this and pretty much it is what it is, the ribbing can be wider, it can be narrower. What a ribbed cuff is, is knit and it has ribbing in it, hence, these little lines, that shows the ribbing. Now there's my seam line where the ribbing, ribbing means it's knit, there is what is called knit ribbing. Should you go to a fabric store and say "I need some ribbed knit fabric", that is an actual term for what you use to make ribbed knit cuffs out of, like on a sweatshirt or on a knit shirt, on a raglan sleeve jacket, you're going to have ribbed cuffs. There's a way to cheat, not when drawing it, but when making it, because you can buy already prepared cuffs that come in, they're ribbed knit, and they come in the length that is the general length for a certain jacket, they give you a little bit extra, that way you can cut it to whatever you want. But it will come in a package for like a dollar and you just pick whatever color you want and then you sew it onto your garment, and what this allows for is this is knit sewn onto this, this part of the fabric doesn't have to be knit, this can be silk with a knit cuff, it can be whatever you want it to be, but that's why we have what is called the "ribbed cuffs".
