The first thing you're going to do in your foot massage, is go ahead, place some lotion in the palm of your hand. If the person has extra dry skin, go ahead and add a couple of drops of cuticle. Mix those two in together and apply to the right hand leg. And makes sure, you have lotion all over the leg. Then starting at the ankle, you're just going to make small circles all the way to the right hand side. And then you can go up the left hand side. You want to do, three times on each side. Just to make sure, you're getting the whole leg covered. Then we're going to do, three times with both hands. Now when you do both hands, you're going to make small circles going up, the front of the leg. And then your fingers in the back are going to go, down the middle. Of the back of the leg. And what that's doing is, is that's separating the Gastrocnemius muscle. It's actually, one muscle that splits into two. And attaches together at the top and the bottom. And you're just going to make sure that you've rubbed the lotion, all in. And that is how you rub the right leg of the right foot.
