Hand Massage: Wrist Pull

To finish off your hand massage of your right hand and arm you want to start at the right arm and just kind of pull on it and open it up. You want to bring it all the way down to the wrist, pull on the wrist a couple of times and as you are pulling on the wrist and down the hand you just want to finish pulling on the fingers and what this does is opens everything out and gets the blood flow moving. You need to go back and put a little more lotion on if it is too dry and just pull towards you. You don't want to pull too hard and you don't want to squeeze too hard you just want to make this a very relaxing experience for the client. Also pull it out sideways and it is going to part this way, turn it over and get the wrist on the underside, grab the arm and again you want to make sure you are opening up the entire arm not just one side or the hand. Turn it over, pull on it, pull on the fingers and just kind of spread it out with your hands and your thumbs and that is how you finish your hand massage for the right arm and hand.
