Hello! This is Chef Sean Roe on behalf of expertvillage.com. We are moving on to our third and final method for beef preparation. This is going to be a baking method but as in all the rest of our methods, we are always going to caramelize the meat on both sides first; a little extra salt and a little extra pepper. Want just a little color; we don't want it to cook through hardly at all. The reason we like to do the baking method is that you have a lot more control of the meat, the lower heat actually creates a moisture product so we have just enough color on it. We are going to move this off the fire and we will move back into the marinade which will again allow to soak up more flavor and have a nicer texture. We are then going to put this marinade mixture into the oven and that should only take about 6 to 10 minutes depending on how you like your steak and the doneness of it. Now we are going to move on to our final steps.
