Sport Bike Passenger's Foot Peg Removal

Okay in this section we're going to be removing our back passenger right foot peg. That's going to help us get off our back under tail to get to our pipe. Okay so we're going to go ahead and use a 10 millimeter Allen wrench and we're going to hit up this bolts and take them off. Now these bolts are going to be pretty tight because it holds up the rear passenger. So you are going to have to torque a little bit. Oh there we go. They weren't too bad. But on some bikes they will have lock tight when you take them off so you might have to use a torque wrench to get them off. Which when you put these bolts back of it would be a good idea to also use some lock tight. Because you don't want to lose your rear passenger. And make sure you put those bolts away in a nice safe place. Let's go ahead and hit up this bolt right here. Alright and we'll set that to the side. Now we've got a little bolt right here that's holding up our, right here, our underneath plastic, so we're going to need to go ahead and have to get a socket and hit that up and get that off. Okay so we're going to go ahead and use an 8 millimeter socket and use our wrench and just twist it off. And what we're removing right here is our brake fluid. And we'll go ahead and put that in a nice safe spot. And go ahead and pull this off. There we go. And just, you can set that to the side. Just let it hang right down here and it should be fine. Okay now we're over here on the left of the bike. We are going to have to also remove this back rear set of the left side of the passenger. To get to another bolt to take off our underneath right here. So go ahead and use our 10 millimeter Allen wrench and torque that off. I'm going to do the same thing and go ahead and remove these bolts. Okay we already took off the first bolt. Now we're taking off the second one. This one loosens up the bottom plastic. So I'm going to hold it with one hand and take it off with the other and that's going to remove the rear bottom. It's only a hook so it just slid right it. And we're just going to set that right on the tire for right now. Just let it rest right there. And we're going to finish taking off this foot peg so it's not just hanging here. Alright then we'll just set that down right next to the bike. That won?t go anywhere. Okay and that's that. We're just going to go ahead and set this right here. Just leave it resting right outside the tire.
