Pork Chops With 3 Meats: Utensils

All right let's go over the pots and utensils that we're going to need. We're going to be using two pots and even though we are going to be sauteing our meats, we're going to be sauteing them here because we kind of make a stew with our black beans. So we'll be cooking all of our meats in here as well as half of an onion and four cloves of garlic. And then we'll be adding our black beans, our salt and pepper and our hot sauce. We're going to be using this tray right here and we're going to slice open and scoop out our very mushy baby bananas and we're going to bake them just for a little while and then we're going to take those and add them into the pot and then when we plate it, we'll add some cilantro on it. We'll be using this pot here to be making our chili lime potatoes. We're not really going to boil them. We're going to dice them up and cook them with our Pasilla pepper, tomato, the other half of our onion, lime juice and some oregano and then we're going to add vegetable stock. So and a little bit of water and we're going to periodically add that and so we're going to cook them in all the juices. We're also going to be using a measuring cup, measuring spoons, a can opener for our beans, a spoon, a knife, we're going to be using this until you get our baby bananas out, a cutting board and because we are dealing with raw meats we're going to be using these plastic gloves.
