Onion & Apple Pork: Core & Cut Apple

Alright our butter is starting to melt. So before it completely dissolves we're going to take our onions and spread them on the bottom of our pan. While we're waiting for those to saute we're going to start working on our onion, our apple. Again I'm going to use my knife instead of a peeler, and once our skin is off we want to avoid the core. So I'm going to cut along the sides and keep cutting into smaller squares just until we get to the outer layer of the core and then we'll take our bits of onion and also cut them into small pieces.
