Importance of Rotating Tires

The next thing we are dealing with is rotating the tires. Now what rotating the tires does is it promotes even wear of the tire's surface. If you start off with new tires you want to rotate your tires regularly. We usually do this maybe every 6 or 7,000 miles just to insure that you have proper tire wear. Basically what you do depending on what kind of vehicle application you have is you want to take on some German cars you just rotate the tires side from side so you just take the front tire and put it on the back and the rear tire on the front. In other applications you want to take and crisscross the tires so you would take your left rear tire and it would go on the right front, then the right rear tire goes on the left front, left front goes on the right rear, the right front goes on to the left rear so that is how you promote the general tire wear and then if you want to include your spare tire into that, if you had a full size spare tire you can rotate that in that fashion and just add the spare tire wherever you need it and then dealing with directional tires is what this tire is right here. It has kind of like a V pattern to the tire so whenever you have directional tires on the vehicle the tires that are on the right side would get switched on the right side and the tires on the left side would get switched on the left side. So you know you just want to make sure you keep up on the rotating of the tires so that you don't have to overspend the amount of money that you need to on buying tires and so on and so forth and to get the complete use out of your tires so that concludes rotating the tires.
